“I did not like Chase as an instructor. He was slow to respond, both initially and to resolve an issue. I ended up not using my last 2 lessons. Please be aware that lessons are: 1) lesson packages expire in 3 months 2) 30 mins compared to typical 60 min sessions . “Made an appointment on 8/22 for a swing evaluation on 8/31 for 9:30am. I live about 45 minutes to an hour away from the closest location. When I arrived they had forgotten to schedule me and already scheduled someone in my place. This date was the only date I could do the swing evaluation for a couple of weeks due to work. They immediately told me they could not get me in and said they couldn’t get me in for the entire day. I don’t ever post reviews but I took time out of my day to drive all the way out here and they didn’t offer to help or make any exceptions for their mistake.
