“I took three lessons in the North Miami location. Lessons were good, the equipment easy to use and instructive. My fourth lesson was going to be on a Monday at 10 am. I got a message that the instructor was about 5 to 10 minutes late. Not a problem for me. I showed up at 10:05 an waited until 10:20 when someone told me that the instructor wasn’t done with another golfer who showed up late. I feel that if the other golfer showed up late, he should’ve lost his lesson not me. I left, never went back. “I went to the store in north Miami and booked an evaluation in order to purchase a new set of clubs. I was told to bring a 7 iron and was told the evaluation would take sessions. The sales person gave a good session which was more of an instruction and at the end of the session all he tried to do was sell me on buying a block of lessons. When I asked him about purchasing a set of clubs he told me that would not work until I had more lessons He refused to show me any new clubs and was only interested in collecting the $95 and pitching me on buying the lessons. He promised to send me the videos that he took during the lesson, but I have yet to receive anything. It is disappointing that when I made the appointment I told them that I wanted to purchase a new set of clubs but they had no intention to sell me clubs since it was obvious they only wanted to sell lessons. They misrepresented the fact that they sell clubs but are really only interested in selling lessons. “Please don't waste your time here. They will charge you $95 for your "free" evaluation, and it's all about a sales pitch at the end where the "coach" wastes at least 45 minutes of your time to sell you lesson packages you could but separately, if you thought they could actually improve your game.
