“I've been going to GOLFTEC Cary for a little over a year. I love the access to practice no matter the weather and the lessons with Frank have helped me gradually improve from a high 90s/low 100s golfer to a low 90s/high 80s golfer. With more improvement this year, I'm hoping to consistently break 90, which was my goal going in. For anyone considering GOLFTEC, or really lessons in general, it isn't a linear process. You might have a 2-3 week stretch where you're seeing great results, but you might completely lose it for a week or two as you continue to tinker with and improve your mechanics. If you trust the process and commit to improving, you'll see improvement. You're correcting years of poor technique and muscle memory.” — Thomas Destefano, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)

“I had a great experience with Jenna at GOLFTEC Cary NC. I traveled all the way from Lancaster Pa after my wife was fitted by Jenna in May. My wife was so impressed with Jenna’s process and it definitely translated to the course so I made plans to have a fitting with Jenna and take in a little NC golf! To start, Jenna discussed my current clubs and possible clubs I was looking at before I even arrived. When we got started with the fitting she emphasized that I didn’t have to hit a perfect shot every time just relax and let my swing happen and she would evaluate from there. All I can say is, that is exactly what she did!! I tried many iron combo’s even ones I thought would be my favorite but in the end the very first one she pulled was perfect for me! After viewing many YouTube videos swaying what I thought would be good for me, Jenna took all the info and fit me into clubs that weren’t even on my radar! I couldn’t be happier with all my clubs from driver down to wedges. She checked all the boxes in what I was looking for in a fitting and would highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking to improve their game by being fit into clubs that work for them!! Thanks again Jenna hope to get back there soon!! Gary Groff Lancaster, Pa” — Gary Groff, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (9 months ago)

“I’ve been to quite a few golf instructors and they all had bad instruction habits and wrong instruction! At Golf Tec it’s straight forward and there techniques to get your corrected to hit great shots all the time is excellent! My instructor Matt Salmon is great! Tip for everyone you must put in the work to get better and it will take quite a few lessons if your below average amateur to get your swing corrected!” — Chad Griffiths, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)

“I took lessons at GolfTec at the beginning of 2024 with the goal of shooting under 100. I didn't get out to the course as often as I had hoped this year, and stopped the lessons in April. At the time I felt I hadn't learned as much as I had hoped from the lessons and that I wasted my time and money to a degree. I've played about 10 rounds this year and this most recent round I broke 100 for the first time in years and shot a 95! I could see and feel the lessons working on the course! Thank you for your help Matt.” — Mark Beddow, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)

“I went to golftec excited and ready to get coaching on my swing to help improve my game. I am a 18-20 handicap so still new to the game, but played enough that I felt ready to spend money on lessons. I will not be coming back. The instructor was more focused on showing me what a perfect tour player swing looks like rather than fixing my own. I understand it takes more time than one lesson to improve your overall game, but I didn’t feel any excitement from my coach that he was happy to help. It sounded like he was reading a script for the 25 minutes I sat through the video comparisons. For the price of $150, I expected more time tweaking my swing.” — Tommy Perrin, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (2 years ago)
