“UPDATE: I wanted to update my previous review after my experience with Golfinity. After I shared my initial feedback, the CEO and Founder, Aaron Bergman, personally reached out to thank us and make things right. That level of responsiveness alone stood out. He generously offered his own time for a makeup lesson and was extremely accommodating—especially when my friend wasn’t able to attend the originally scheduled session. He worked with our schedules and made sure we still had the opportunity to benefit from the instruction. While my original experience didn’t meet expectations, I really respect how seriously they took the feedback and the effort made to correct it. That kind of customer service and accountability goes a long way. ——————- Attended the Ladies Night last week and felt compelled to leave a review because the website description wasn’t very clear about the level of instruction. I’ll start with the positives: the women there were incredibly welcoming and kind, and the instructor was friendly and professional. For someone brand new to golf, this would absolutely be a comfortable and supportive introduction to the game. However, the class was clearly geared toward complete beginners who have never played a round before. My friend and I have both been playing for years, and there was no indication during sign-up that the session would be strictly introductory. We spent most of the hour covering very basic fundamentals, and hitting maybe 5 balls which made it disappointing and frustrating given the $40 cost. We left feeling like we gained nothing from the instruction. I would strongly suggest that the business clarify in the advertising that this is a true beginner clinic rather than an all-levels event. That transparency would help set expectations and avoid mismatches. “Came in for 1/2-off Sundays on Bay 1 and had a great time. I liked the place and atmosphere so much that I decided to become a member to get access to the TrackMan bays (I was told they have better tech than the Bay 1 level). “This place is absolutely amazing! The golf bays are great, but the event space is where this place is so much more. We held an event here and the staff was absolutely amazing! Attentive, helpful and made everyone comfortable. The space is amazing with lots of room for mingling and a GIANT screen to show off whatever you want. Marin, Abby, Franklin, and Anthony made our event seamless, worry free, and all our guests loved it. “here's what you need to know before coming to this location it's tucked behind the bush's Chicken off FM 620 and very close near the mall with lots of parking all around it that being said this facility was very well care conditioned and had super fast Wi-Fi lots of sitting area a bar and a phenomenal salmon bowl I was very impressed with the portion size for the price on their entire menu and definitely appreciated the variety of sandwiches bowls salmon and meats to choose from in addition to the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks they have something for the family just about every day a private meeting rooms and they have memberships that are very flexible allowing you to use their equipment or your own equipment to golf and assimilated booths they have definitely achieved a very impressive giant projector screen area to fit more than 100 people easy for a special events as well in addition they have a second floor where you can easily be left alone have them deliver your meal your order and lots of restrooms for men and women they also have lots of little storage store away facilities as well and have simplified everything you would want and appreciate with coming in and out they also have events for women in the ladies on different nights as well as special events for the guys and even tournaments this is definitely a very special place that goes way beyond golf and becomes a family friendly environment to bring the kids to as well as for lots of men who are coming here to get out of the super hot heat and home their games and have fun :) customer service staff went above and beyond to make this place spotless clean and make me feel like family I will definitely be back and definitely be aiming to host events here in the future and recommend us to my friends also super handicap accessible for my friends who are wheelchair bound so definitely they thought of just about everything here also very relaxing country music in the background not too loud not too soft just right for the night nice ambience throughout the building and lots of flat screen TVs playing 24-hour sports” — Shane Anciso, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
