“Purchased a driver, had 1-2 range session and felt like it was not working out for me. Emailed Mark and was told I could come in and find something that worked better. Made the 1 hr drive, tested out a few and talked to the two guys working (not Mark). Was trying to trade for a driver of lesser retail value than my own and was told they would only give PGA trade in on mine. This was not specified in the email and should have been called out if that was going to be the case. The one gentlemen was kinda snotty about it. He also gave me a hard time about trying out a 7X shaft. Made the point that PGA Superstore or Golf Galaxy will let you return within 30-60 days no questions asked. Was told they are big box stores and can absorb it. Understand where they were coming from but at the same time as a small business you need a loyal customer base to survive.
