“Tonight, was my last and final night coming to this establishment and I mean that with my heart. The nightmare I experienced tonight was ridiculous.I went with family and my fiancé for Trivia Night. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable, it was a disaster. The evening started with the trivia host acting oddly passive-aggressive. She kept saying no phones, no one had phones. We were not cheating at all. This our 3rd week or 4th at trivia and we know how it goes. It started off with the team needs to go to the restroom when they turn there answer in, are we 5? Why can’t we use the restroom, it was very passive aggressive. Then, one of my friends had an issue with her food and ended up eating 3 wings until she prices feathers in her chicken and spit the food out. Didn’t touch anything else or the tots. We spoke with our waitress, Katya, about getting her an alternative, and she agreed to help, key word help, not saying yes or no. Before we knew it, a woman named Lacy, who introduced herself as the manager, approached our table in a combative manner. She insisted that my friend couldn’t get a replacement meal, though she eventually agreed to discount the food. After that, the kitchen manager came over, asked my friend what she’d like, and promptly agreed to prepare a new dish. Surprisingly, Lacy returned to our table, still aggressive. Stating we can’t do that and other things, we were fine with the discount we didn’t ask for anymore food. YOUR kitchen manager came to US. We understand policy very well. We paid for our meal, and my friend finally received her food only for Lacy to make another appearance. She accused my friends of always trying to get free food, referencing a past incident involving a food order issue on another night. Which is $1 wings. I’m deeply insulted and offended by how this situation was handled. Nobody wants free food, maybe if the kitchen gets the food correct we will be fine. We even met the cook Khalyl because we were tired of the food being messed up . We didn’t make a big deal and took whatever your restaurant thought was appropriate for the matter. A manager who escalates conflicts rather than resolving them doesn’t belong in a leadership role at all . Especially, if she’s just going to toot up lips up, frown, be aggressive and tell us we are going to say and not going to say. For these reasoms and incident , I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I have never had this issue before and I have spent well money in this establishment and wish I can take it all back. I really feel discriminated against HIGHLY. Also at a restaurant if I’m dealing with my waiter and I don’t ask for a manger why is one inserting themselves into the picture if nothing is wrong or the problem was handled. This isn’t a way to handle a business.” — Destiny Campbell, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (2 weeks ago)

“The Bartender did the best she could. We ordered some chicken wings (honestly the reason why we went there) but they ran out. The kitchen should inform the front staff of they are out of food though (everyone hates wasting time). I stayed with the truffle fries as a snack (they were mid). The smash burger looked amazing but the order was wrong. But the funny part, the water is absolutely disgusting (it's tap, go figure). We asked for bottled water, they only have Voss with the Voss price tag. We paid, we tipped the Bartender and laughed as we walked out. Maybe I'll try it again if I'm in the mood. The place looks nice though.” — Raphael Delgado, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)

“It's a cool place to bring your family, friends or even a date night especially a couples date night. Because of all the food, drinks and games to choose from! It was a bit popping when I went there. Music going pretty loud and everyone having fun and enjoying each other's company. The service was Great 👍🏼 they brought my young nieces food out before ours and were really attentive to our drinks and appetizers. All in all we had a great time and will recommend and be back for games next time.” — Douglas Triplett, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)

“I just had my son’s 8th birthday here with 6 of his best friends- it was awesome!! Hannah went above and beyond, even beforehand while helping me plan and coordinate! The kids had a blast not only playing golf but dodgeball, basketball, football, all the balls! And us parents enjoyed sitting back, visiting, and having a drink! Not the standard kid b’day place but so much better. We will be back for regular play days too. Thanks again to Hannah- she is wonderful!!” — Lacey, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“We got there at 4:50 pm. Started a golf game, and ordered drinks, offered a menu. Then we were told there was a private party and the whole place was reserved. We were told we had to leave at 5 pm 10 minutes after we got there. After ordering a $15 glass of wine. They said”didn’t you see the sign?”no we hadn’t. When we left we saw the sign that WASNT there before. What a joke!!!!!!” — liz krolczyk, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)
