“I had to file a BBB complaint and Texas Attorney General is next. This is a garage based (against his HOA policy) with equipment that doesn’t work, he double books and reschedules at last minute and Now probably has a no refund sign but before said it was on a receipt I never got. Terms post sale are deceptive and not valid. I’ve even offered to pay him $50 an hour for the two lessons in a month I was able to take even though they were cut short due to equipment failure which he refuses. His practices and lack of service and poor service means run. Check out Back 9. Incredible studio, 24 hrs, great equipment and has instructors” — Chris Hixson, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“Such a liar too. I have made multiple attempts to settle for less. I have never received a full lesson except the free consultation. He apologized each time and said they didn’t count. All of this and I offered to ket him keep 100 of the $300. That’s 50 for each failed lesson Save your money. This has been a joke of an experience. It’s in his garage, the equipment was broken for my two lessons he didn’t either double book me for or needed to reschedule. A month in and have yet to complete a full lesson. When I asked for a refund Chase said his no refunds policy was on the receipt. A, I didn’t get a receipt and B I know for a fact that ANY terms cannot be on a receipt which is post sale. I educated him on this and He still refuses to give me a refund. Collections agency, BBB and small claims are next. Waaay too many golf instructors to deal with faulty equipment, constantly rescheduling or double booking and then most importantly not doing the right thing after all of that” — Chris Hixson, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)
“Went to Eagle Quest Golf with a 4.5 handicap. I wanted to really concentrate on my driving distance, as I felt that was the way to shave strokes off my scores. On the first lesson, Coach Chase had me start with putter and work my driver. When I went to EQG, my longest drive on course was 309 yards, after my first lesson and first time putting the lesson into play, I hit drives of 311, 314, and 319. Shot 3 over and know that it will only get better. Highly recommend EQG over the corner store swing lessons. The photo is my second set of recorded drives the 2nd round I played after my 3rd lesson.” — 2nd To None, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (5 months ago)
“I had an initial session with Chase yesterday and wanted to thank him for the excellent feedback, drills, and discussion about my golf direction. I highly recommend both the session and the facility—especially for low- to mid-handicap players working through swing changes. Chase’s explanations are clear and easy to understand, and he offered several targeted drills to address specific issues. I was also impressed by the facility’s ability to support data-driven swing improvements through advanced technology and cameras. Overall, I’d strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to invest in their golf game.” — Albert Chun, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (8 months ago)
“Met with Chase today for my first golf analysis. What a super professional, knowledgeable guy of the golf swing. All the high performance technology, coupled with him summarizing it to make “golf sense “ was easy to understand. I will def be back and looking forward to improving my game with Eagle quest !” — Eric Reynoso, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)
