“The disrespect shown to my family, especially my 5 year old son, is rude and borderline abusive. I called Lee Thompson to voice my opinion. Lee Thompson mocked, insulted and hung up on me. I found his behavior to be rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I brought his actions to the attention of General Manager Anthony Lambert and CFO Dave Jolly; neither Dave nor Anthony has responded and it has been well over a week. I will not spend a penny at the spa or any Citrus Hills restaurant or golf course until towel service is returned to BellaVita and hours returned to what they were pre-pandemic. “Citrus Hills is a premier, resort retirement community for many reasons. Nikki, the activity supervisor is one of the main reasons. We have a beautiful facility with so many diverse activities that are reasonably priced. The shows and food are awesome. Nikki makes sure that our groups ie water aerobics, exercise, dance, cards etc are top notch. “My husband and I were there today with our granddaughters. We arrived at 1:00 p.m. because our granddaughters are considered guests and you have to come after 1:00. The receptionist came out and informed us that we had to take our 4 and 6 year old granddaughters to Bella Vita and register them. I said when did this rule change? She said it was because of covid. I said that I did not get the memo. She then said I could lose my membership and she would tell the manager about me.
