“Five-Star Review for Chelsea Piers Fitness – Brooklyn Chelsea Piers Fitness in Brooklyn is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth by the amazing front desk associates, Matt and Griffin (to name a few).Their cheerful energy and helpful attitude set the tone for every visit—they always go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. A special shoutout to Shane, Director of Hospitality, whose presence has been a game-changer. His thoughtful leadership is evident in every detail, and his dedication to creating a welcoming, high-vibe atmosphere has had an incredible impact on both staff and members alike. While CPF-Brooklyn has all the amenities and appearance of a top-tier corporate gym—spotless facilities, brand-new equipment, and a wide range of classes—it has eloquently cultivated the feeling of a neighborhood spot. This gym isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a “third place” (The first being work and the second home). The whole team makes you feel good just by being there, and it’s easy to leave every session feeling better, stronger, and more positive. Highly recommend.” — Amanda Zucker, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)

“For roughly 2 years, we have been sending our girl for gymnastics and now soccer. So far it has been an average experience. The coaches are mostly good at getting the toddlers involved. Some better than others. They don't make it easy for Stroller parents who want to sit and watch their kids. If you do go to the upper section to view from above, they give you a difficult time when getting off the elevators because they have kids birthday parties in the way to the sitting area. Plus no oat milk for your coffee.” — Daniel Zide, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)

“We had a 2 hour gymnastics birthday party for my 5-year-old with 15 children. The facility is new, clean and sufficiently large. Three "coaches" guided the children through 75 minutes of fun activities including foam-pit, trampoline, ropes and climbing. The coaches also helped with set-up, decorating, serving of food and clean-up was handled by other staff. In all a great experienced! Very well organized and the kids had a blast! Highly recommend! :)” — Patrick Hartmann, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a year ago)

“I'm not used to paying so much for a gym and at first I thought this was crazy and I would not keep it long. They don't really have any equipment or amenities that make the place amazing to me, but... I am really coming around. The facilities are nice and the staff keep locker rooms incredibly clean. And while I'm not a big class person, I've enjoyed one or two yoga classes a week and the occasional something else. The yoga is done really nicely, in a dark room with a little essential oil, calming images. Best of all, mats and equipment are laid out for you. HOWEVER, they need more squat racks. In this whole big gym there are only four. I almost always have to wait for one, and this is at largely off peak times. And they need to nudge members to do a little better at putting the weights away.” — maggie rauch, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (2 years ago)
