“Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Several issues occurred during our meal: - Service: Our server was inattentive and disappeared after taking our initial order. We never received drink refills, and the server did not check on us after the food arrived. - Food Quality: One of the orders was incorrect and remained uneaten. Overall, we found the food quality to be poor. - Accommodations: There was no children’s menu available, which was unexpected. - Management: Although a manager was walking through the dining room, the lack of service and the issues at our table went unnoticed. - staff refused to walk over to ask how the food is, never refilled drinks.
