“So much fun! Bumped into friends here too. What a wonderful place to have a drink, some snacks, oh and to drive some golf balls!! I truly suck at golf but the gamification of it makes it’s a ton of fun for me while my dad can hit the ball all the way straight to the oak tree in the back and I still beat him because I smashed the penguin and my ball bounced around the pinball a ton. “This is Wednesday, May 27th and had another delicious meal and service. Today's special was a shrimp wrap and had coleslaw with it. Love their daily specials! Also, as always, Tony takes very good care of us with great and attentive service!!! Went to Big Shots this evening and tried their new dinner menu. I had the lobster ravioli and my son had the pork chop. Also had the fried mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious and Steve who waited on his and also the bartender was very attentive as always. Been going to this place since it opened and always great food and service. The only thing I suggest with the lobster ravioli is try using a creamy alla vodka sauce to compliment the lobster and cheese. “We had a wonderful experience with Sophia, who was an attentive and fantastic server throughout our visit. The reason for our 3-star rating is due to our interaction with the manager, Ryan. I brought my team here for Employee Appreciation Day and spent over $500. When our last round of drinks came noticeably light, Sophia promptly addressed it and brought Ryan over. We simply asked to have 1 of the 7 drinks corrected, as most of us didn’t mind finishing the others. Unfortunately, Ryan responded in a condescending manner, suggesting that we were mistaken because he had been making the drinks consistently all night. I reiterated that we had spent a significant amount and that it would be appreciated if the issue were resolved. I then spoke with the bartender, Tony, who was also attentive, friendly, and explained that he had been making our drinks until he became busy and the manager stepped in. As a business owner myself, I feel this could have been handled with more understanding and professionalism. “BigShots is so fun!! I went with my husband on a Sunday and it wasn’t packed, it was easy parking, simple process and we were able to get started right away. Natalie our server was super sweet and provided quick service. Bob and the gentleman at the front were super helpful since it was our first time there. “This was fun for the family. The golf games were very entertaining. They even provided us with us with a left handed driver. We paid about 30 dollars an hour. The appetizers were very good. We enjoyed the cheese curds and the pretzel bites. The pizza was another story. It was poorly made and tasted horrible. The attendants were very polite. Service is a little slow.
