“Finally spent an evening here and had a blast! We had a reservation for 6pm but due to a wreck and the subsequent traffic on the way to the place, we were almost 2 hours late. The employees were so kind and understanding and still honored our reservation. We all had food and drinks which were tasty and came out quick. We ordered the buffalo dip and sausage pizza, definitely recommend. Our server was a sweetheart and fantastic at his job. The place was clean and looked well taken care of. I’m awful at golf, but I still had a super fun night! I hope to be back soon.” — Loren, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (3 weeks ago)

“The front entrance ladies were not that welcoming but our waitress was a 10 and the sweetest. The atmosphere was great. It was kind of hot but they had big fans to keep you cool. Lots of Tv's around. Comfy area for the family to lounge and play the game. We had the chips and dip to share. It was plenty and very good. Would definitely visit again if in the area.” — Jlow from the Sip, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (3 weeks ago)

“Came out to Big Shots Springfield and honestly had a pretty frustrating experience. Right off the bat, the tee in our bay was about 2 inches taller than the rest. I asked for a different one, and instead of replacing it, they cut it down to the point where it couldn’t even hold the ball. After waiting around with no real help, I and the group next to me (complete strangers) ended up lifting turf from another bay just to swap it myself. This whole process took about 25 minutes. Then the system issues started. One TV didn’t work at all, the other kept cutting in and out, and the games constantly froze. We couldn’t even play a full round without interruptions. That dragged on for the remainder of the next hour. When we asked about switching bays, the bartender told us “it wouldn’t matter because the system is janky everywhere.” Not exactly reassuring. All in all, spending $97 on a Tuesday night for that kind of experience just doesn’t sit right. It’s frustrating to work hard for your money and feel like it was wasted. Hopefully this reaches management or ownership—there’s definitely some things here that need to be addressed.” — Gabriel Horner, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (2 months ago)

“Right. 11/17/25. 4 pm. Colin did a great job of getting me started. I would have given them 3 stars but the front desk guy and server were on point to the extreme!!! What was lacking was I showed up at 4 PM on a Monday not to make friends but to concentrate on my game. Which is lame so I’m wanting to improve. But I come here and some 20 year-old hot shot, who works there, Had 30 lanes to choose from and chose to shoot right next to me, which is fine, except for the fact that then all the other servers decided to congregate and have conversations which was very distracting. Look I get it, you work there, I get your “good at golf“ but if I’m gonna spend money and there’s literally 20 other bays, you can choose to shoot from, why did you choose to sit right next to me and then attracted a party? Very distracting won’t come back. I’ll spend my money at the driving range. Oh, and I miss having clean hands after touching clubs?” — Stephen McBee, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (7 months ago)

“Great service from Jess the bartender. The food was excellent. We had the stuffed cheddar bacon tots, prickles, and I ordered the Cali chicken wrap. All delicious.” — Brooke Pierce, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (8 months ago)
