“We stayed in the old hotel which was overpriced for the room . They wanted at least 100 $ a night more for the new hotel rooms because they had a balcony . Not many places to eat at because there main restaurants roof collapsed and it was under construction. It had been 20 years since we had been here and visited the casino only . We won't be back . “Took the family for an over night to check out the new pool and splash pad. The facility was nice, however they are still having problems with their pool area. There was no hot water so both the pool and the hot tub were about the temperature of an hour old bath. That being said the kids had a great time and we will probably go back again if they can get things figured out. “Very impressed. All the employees were very nice, friendly and always busy. A very very clean place no mater where you were on the property. A very big thank you to Danielle . This lady is a most valuable person and should be rewarded as such. Took a minor issue and handled it from cradle to grave with class and a very warm attitude. He did a great job tonight. 5 stars for sure. He was working his butt off, dealing with difficult customers and cleaning up spilled drinks. “I was so happy that the new cafe has good prices on their drinks. I had a caramel iced latte and requested that it not be too sweet. The barista made it perfectly. The Lakeside Lounge is a beautiful area to sit and look out at the bay while you enjoy your coffee. With the new expansion, they have added amenities for families like a beautiful swimming pool with a splash pad, full arcade, and workout room. So impressed with how nice the new hotel is.
