“I cannot say enough wonderful things about David, Luke, Shay, Aiden, and Jonathan. Our family found ourselves in an unexpected and stressful situation involving my nonverbal nephew, and the staff, along with the management team, handled everything with extraordinary compassion, patience, and professionalism. From the very beginning, they treated my nephew with dignity and understanding, kept our family calm, and approached the situation with kindness and genuine care. Even in a stressful moment, they managed to bring smiles and laughter, which meant more to us than they will ever know. Exceptional customer service is rare, but exceptional people are even rarer. These individuals went far beyond what anyone could expect, and their empathy and dedication left a lasting impression on our family. Businesses are often remembered because of the people who represent them, and this team is a shining example of that. We are deeply grateful and hope they receive the recognition they so greatly deserve. Thank you for turning a difficult moment into one that reminded us how much kindness still exists in the world.” — Megan Sevier, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (3 weeks ago)
“Great place for the kids. Convenient location in Mandeville. A lot of nice activities for kids of all age. It is overpriced for 1 hour visit. But that is across all locations considering you buy socks and refreshments. All the memberships seem reasonable except you pay a high service fee. Seems like a money grab. You can play virtual golf at the Mandeville location.” — James Stewart, rated 3 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“Do not spend your money here. They force you to buy their socks even if you have appropriate socks because they have to have their name on it. When I brought it up to the manager he was a total jerk and very ugly and disrespectful. I told him forcing people to buy their socks is a money grab, he then asked where i work and what i do gor a living and told me my job is a money grab too. You do not talk to your customers like that unless you want them to never come back which I won't ever come back and I hope my friends and acquaintances do not either. I can spend my money at other jump places that treat their customers with respect. This guy was a bully and acted like he thinks he is the Godfather! Very intimidating. Would love to see him talk that way to a man. This is my last time coming here and if anyone I know has a birthday party here I will not attend. If it wasn't that my granddaughter was looking forward to jumping here today and I didn't want to ruin her day we would have left and not spent a dime here. Should be called Additude instead of Altitude! I was not confrontational with the young employee all I said was other places do not make you do that and that I felt it was a money grab. I just stated my opinion i did not raise my voice, call her a name or anything like that. I even bought the socks and was walking away from the counter when the Manger walked up confronting me like i didnt buy the socks. If anyone was confrontational it was the manager. His behavior was uncalled for!!!!! Let's agree to disagree and I will never step foot in your establishment again!!!! I do not spend my money where I am treated with disrespect!” — Michele Welch, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)
“This place is perfect for the kids. One employee does a especially great job of cleaning and making sure the kids stay safe and don't do anything too wild. Just overall a great place to bring your family.” — Tom Carpenter, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (4 months ago)
“The staff is very friendly and professional. This is the second summer that we have purchased a membership and it is totally worth it. You can go in and sit down and relax and know that your kids are safe. Also they have a great manager who is very personable.” — Heather Coulon, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (11 months ago)
