“This was our first time visiting. It was a ton of fun. They even had a TV and we were able to watch UK basketball while we played Augusta National. Had some technical difficulties getting started but someone called me within just a couple minutes of emailing about the problem. “This is a great concept for people looking for a place to get some practice in during off hours, inclement weather, or just wanting to avoid the bar atmosphere of most simulator facilities. Despite the no frills approach, the bays are spacious with state of the art launch monitors and access to tons of courses. There are a few couches and tables as well as a television for any downtime between shots. The system is user friendly and the management staff was very helpful. Although they are not on-site, they contacted me when I arrived to ensure I got set up quickly and wasn't wasting my time getting acquainted with the software. They also have some quick tips posted in each bay for things like adding players, mulligans, adjusting putting settings, etc.. Each bay was stocked with balls and multiple heights of simulator tees (the mats will also take actual tees, but adjusting the tee height is pretty limited unless you have multiple sizes of tees in your bag). The hourly rate is at least comparable, if not better, than other facilities in town. The lack of on-site food and drink wasn't a dissatisfier for me, but I could see it being an issue for someone looking for a more social outing. Overall, I love the flexibility of the concept, the facilities are in great shape, the technology was accurate and easy to navigate, and staff was responsive and helpful.
