“My husband and I went here for the first time to bowl we had a great time and the waitress we had was very attentive. Sadly though I am going to drop this 1 star review because we paid our 138.00 bill and it was pulled from our checking account no problem. Well then I went on the next day to check my bank account and there was a 115.00 hold on my debit card that has been pending for 3 days now and ad i am writing this review I still have not gotten my money back. I drove over to the establishment and I spoke with the manager on that day. She explained to me something about how when you start a tab a hold is placed for a certain amount of money which she did not disclose. She then said it had something to do with the system they use for credit/ debit card. She told me that she had gotten feedback from others this has happened to. She said she was going to talk to the general manager about it. Needless to say through all this that is a very large amount of money to be tieing up on someone's account. There is no explanation of where that amount came from considering the initial bill was 109.25 and then after tip was 138.00 so where does the 115.00 amounr come from. It is too bad cause we really liked the place and had a good time. However we won't go back to have this happen again. “Fantastic! Me and my slimeballs went out to this place for a night of fun. We certainly had it, partially thanks to our waitress Audrey was very fast and efficient. “Recently, I had the chance to bring a group of elementary students to 1 UP Entertainment + Social. This was a Teacher Experience parents bid on, at our school’s annual Gala Event. The whole process from reservations to the end of night clean up was so easy. Brandon welcomed us in, explained the bowling and the arcade activities and set up our lanes. He even changed the televisions to Nickelodeon for my auction winners. Joshua filled our orders for food and drink quickly while managing another large party. Everything over the hour plus on the bowling alleys was so easy. We ended the evening with time in their arcade, shooting hoops, playing whack a mole, challenging each other in skeeball and other games. For two plus hours we had a great time. Kudos to their top notch hospitality. “1up was a blast! Took a group of men there for bowling and axe throwing. Place was immaculate. Very affordable on Monday nights. AJ and Tyler were excellent hosts and got us in and underway quickly for such a large group. The servers were all excellent. Shout out to Audrey I believe her name was. She was amazing! “My wife and I took our son for his 10th birthday to this location for the first time. Customer service all around with everyone there was a 10/10! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Today on Tuesday they had an unlimited game play with the arcade which our kids and ourselves had a blast!!!! My wife and I grab some drinks from the bar which was really good! Food was as good as we will and very fresh. This is definitely a family friendly location and suggests everyone to come. S/O to the staff today!
