Vernon Hills indoor golf: a seasonal course simulator or coached practice
Vernon Hills Golf Course publishes a public simulator offering, but its page still carries a 2022 rate date and a December opening message. GOLFTEC on Milwaukee Avenue is a separate, coaching-first choice. Establish whether you want a recreational round or a training appointment before making plans.
Official operator pages checked October 17, 2026. The course's historical simulator schedule does not establish October operation or current prices; call first. GOLFTEC's advertised evaluation is a promotional first lesson, not an hourly social bay rental.
Vernon Hills Golf Course — simulator
Vernon Hills — 291 Evergreen Drive
The course describes a simulator open to the general public with up to 20 virtual courses, including Pebble Beach, Spyglass and St. Andrews. Its page says operation starts December 15 and labels $30–$35 hourly pricing effective December 15, 2022. Treat those figures and the Wednesday–Sunday schedule as historical information. Call 847-680-9310 for the current indoor season, price and simulator reservation rather than booking an outdoor tee time.
Appointment-led golf instruction and swing evaluation offer an alternative to playing a virtual round with friends. The local center publishes Monday 8 AM–6 PM, Tuesday–Friday 8 AM–8 PM and weekend 8 AM–5 PM hours. Its $99 evaluation advertising carries location-dependent offer language. Ask about current lesson pricing and practice eligibility; the reviewed page does not establish an unrestricted public entertainment-bay rental.
