Queensbury indoor golf: Bay Meadows course simulators and Luxury Box suite choices

Queensbury has two different indoor outing styles: virtual rounds at Bay Meadows Golf Club and selectable bays or suites at The Luxury Box on State Route 9. The Luxury Box's entertainment rooms do not all offer the same activities, while Bay Meadows' outdoor course hours should not be mistaken for an indoor booking schedule.

Official operator pages reviewed October 17, 2026. This is a shortlist, not live availability. Neither reviewed page establishes a reliable current hourly rental tariff; ask about indoor rates, group allowances and the exact room being reserved.

Bay Meadows Golf Club — Indoor Golf

Queensbury, New York — Bay Meadows Golf Club; confirm indoor arrival details with the club

The public golf facility advertises five indoor PGA Tour simulators and year-round virtual course play, alongside Bogey's Pub & Grill and an outdoor nine-hole course. Winter leagues have separate rates and a nine-hole foursome format with a two-hour-fifteen-minute limit. Contact the club for ordinary indoor rental pricing and available sessions; neither the outdoor green fee nor the outdoor course's daylight hours establishes simulator terms.

The Luxury Box

Queensbury, New York — 1042 State Route 9

The golf page links online reservations and welcomes walk-ins subject to a suitable room being free. It labels Suites 3 and 6 golf-only, Suite 5 golf and multi-sport, and Bays 1–4 golf-capable, with additional activities in selected bays. For its larger party arrangement it specifically instructs customers to book both the Party Suite and Suite 5. Confirm the selected room's cost, occupancy and included activities instead of assuming every suite has identical equipment.

Does Bay Meadows offer indoor golf as well as its Queensbury outdoor course?

Yes. Its official homepage identifies five indoor PGA Tour simulators and year-round virtual course play at the public facility.

Do Bay Meadows' daylight course hours tell me when I can use a simulator?

No. Those hours describe the outdoor course. Ask for indoor session availability and rental pricing specifically.

Which Luxury Box suites are described as golf-only?

The golf page labels Suites 3 and 6 golf-only. Suite 5 combines golf with multi-sport activities, and other bays have their own features.

What must I book for Luxury Box's larger party setup?

The operator explicitly says to book both the Party Suite and Suite 5 for a party. Confirm the full package price and occupancy directly.

Can I visit The Luxury Box without reserving ahead?

Its golf page welcomes walk-ins, but that does not guarantee a particular bay or suite will be available. Reserve the correct room if your outing depends on it.

Are Bay Meadows' winter league terms the same as casual rental terms?

No. Its homepage describes special league rates, nine-hole foursome matches and a two-hour-fifteen-minute limit. Ask separately about an ordinary simulator booking.
