“The place is spectacular and personnel are courteous and helpful. The place is clean and in order.Cannot wait to comeback.” — alexander valera, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (4 weeks ago)
“Great location. But it’s so hot that all the fun of the game just melted away. We couldn’t even finish playing—the heat was unbearable. Why is there no canopy over the players? There's nowhere to hide from the sun. Even your vending machines can't handle it; the chocolate inside has turned to mush. I wouldn’t recommend buying snacks there—it’s honestly a health hazard.” — Mimi Cat, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“Love it love it love - it’s not cheap but worth every penny! Great facility’s ball tracking and course simulators along with good club hire. Staff are cools “Francis” was especially helpful & curious! Great lad and super helpful! Highly Recommend” — Justpork, rated 5 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“$98 for 55 mins for 4ppl. Staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered shrimp tacos with truffle fries. Tacos were awful, microwave with no salt or pepper, they put a dash of dried cilantro and a blob of sour cream for $16.50 they can do better. They also forgot a drink and I had to get it on my way out. Overall eat before you go.” — Makeda Robinson, rated 4 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
“Went to Chelsea Piers Golf this past weekend had a terrible experience. First, my gf called a couple days prior to inquire abt the reservation process since their website portal malfunctions on the mobile browser. She called and was met with a short and curt response, “use the website, it’s on the website.” Real helpful. When we arrived we were literally not greeted at all. We walk up to the counter and the woman there was incredibly rude. She was the younger woman of the two women working there that day on May 17 and likely the woman my gf spoke to on the phone the first time. They only issue a single driver and a single iron for like $8 and I was confused bc at most golf places like Top Golf you get more than just two clubs. She immediately gave me an attitude and said you can pay for more if you’d like. I asked her what she recommends and she said she can’t advise as if she was an official authority or something. Her tone and demeanor was meant to make us feel stupid and she was incredibly rude to me. She seemed to enjoy making us feel dumb when we’re novices to the sport and the facility. At the bay itself, it is not air conditioned. The bays are small and the lack of things to play/do is not great. The people in the stall next to us order food/drinks and the food looked underwhelming to say the least. They were also complaining about the drink prices. For $80, plus club rentals this is absolutely not worth it and is a much much downgraded version of top golf, I caution anyone thinking of going to avoid entirely. I would give 0 stars if I could.” — Joseph Armijo, rated 1 out of 5 on Google (a month ago)
